Directors
Æterna Zentaris’ Board consists of seven directors, six of whom are independent. The Board oversees the conduct and supervises the management and affairs of Æterna Zentaris. The Board meets regularly to consider particular issues or conduct specific reviews whenever deemed appropriate. Before the start of each financial year, the Board approves Æterna Zentaris’ annual budget and strategic objectives.
